Every Tuesday at 6:30 PM
Children in grades 1 to 5 are invited to join. The club meets on Tuesdays. We do neat stuff... like putting on plays and musicals, working to save the environment, hayrides, swim parties, craft projects. There is never a dull moment with Mrs. Kaufman, as our guide; and all this in a Christian setting.

Middle School meets 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
High School meets 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Lima Youth Group is a safe place kids can come and be themselves, talk about "real" issues, grow spiritually with one another and develop great friendships. During our regular youth programs, we encourage discussion and invite our kids to express their opinions. We talk about rules and making good decisions a lot. Our Youth Group at Lima is also very service project oriented. Through mission work, and other service projects the kids are faithfully motivated by working with the sick, poor, and homeless. These experiences provide our group with Christ-like and life-changing opportunities that will stay with them forever. Our goal at Youth Group is to help mold our teens into incredible human beings who will make good choices and do good deeds through life.

Every Sunday at 9:45 AM
We all meet in our respective classrooms at 9:45 AM Sunday Morning from September to June. The curriculum includes lots of practical association with contemporary life. Our teachers are dedicated and knowledgeable. You and your parents can attend at the same time! Ask a Greeter or an Usher when you come into the Church. Also, don't forget we have Children's Church during the 11:00 AM Service, right after the minister's Children's Chat. Rick McNeill, our Educational Director, will get you going. LIMA UNITED METHODIST CHURCH HAS A VESTED INTEREST IN FAMILIES!
Our mission is to provide spiritual growth and fellowship in our church community through intergenerational activities, Sunday school classes and fun/social events. The Families Group at Lima is open to everyone!
