Lima has Christian education programs available for both adults and children.

Hershey-Stevick Bible Class
Sundays at 9:45 AM

The class is open to any adult who wishes to learn and grow in a friendly atmosphere. It will meet each Sunday from 9:45-10:45 in the Conference Room. Any person regardless of Biblical knowledge is welcome to join in this adventure.

Tuesday Night Bible Study in the Library
Tuesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM starting January 17

Starting January 15th Pastor Bob will begin a preaching series on the Apostles' Creed. This ancient creed has been repeated by Christians for thousands of years as the standard of belief for Christians. Each Sunday in the series will focus on one or two statements of the creed. As a follow-up to the sermon, Pastor Bob will lead a Bible Study to give opportunity for further discussion on the statement. These Bible Studies will take place each Tuesday from 6:30 - 8:00 PM in the library, beginning January 17th. The preaching/teaching series will be as follows:

    I believe in God
Sun., January 22 & Tuesday, January 24
    I believe in Jesus Christ
Sun., January 29 & Tuesday, January 31
    I believe in the Holy Spirit
Sun., February 5 & Tuesday, February 7
    I believe in the holy catholic church & the communion of saints
Sun., February 12 & Tuesday, February 14
    I believe in the forgiveness of sins
Sun., February 19 & Tuesday, February 21
    I believe in the resurrection of the body and the life everlasting

This is another short-term opportunity for Christian fellowship and learning.

Granite Farms Bible Study

Thursdays at 1:30 PM at Granite Farms

Children's Programs

Sundays at 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM

Families are encouraged to attend the 9:45 AM Contemporary Service to worship together as a family before the Christian Education classes begin for their children. Children through Grade 5 are dismissed from the service at 10:00 AM to go to their classes. The Middle and High School class begins at 10:30 AM. Christian education classes for all children and youth only meet during the school year.
